Code of Conduct

Infinity Pool is a collaborative platform for joint artistic, creative and intellectual exchange. The basis for good and productive collaboration is fair and open interaction with each other. This Code of Conduct serves as a self-commitment to responsibly reflect our behaviour towards each other.

Infinity Pool is not a place for discrimination such as racism, anti-Semitism, sexism, classism, ableism and queer hostility.
It is important for us to show solidarity with those negatively affected, to put their needs and wishes in the foreground and, if necessary, not to publish discriminatory posts.

Posting or disseminating inappropriate content, including inappropriate language or behaviour, discriminatory statements, hate speech, bullying, spam, advertising or illegal content etc. will result in posts not being published or comments being deleted.

Copyrights: The uploading and dissemination of copyrighted works of third parties without appropriate permission is not permitted. Persons who have contributed to the published works are to be named to an appropriate extent.

Personal rights: The right to one's own image is a fundamental right. If persons are recognisable in a picture, it may only be uploaded and distributed with their consent. The right to one's own word may also not be violated.
